Voedselgeschiedenis.nl is a website maintained by cultural historian Jon Verriet. In 2022, he received his PhD for a dissertation titled: Representing the Healthy Lifestyle: Contested Ideas about Nutrition and Physical Exercise in the Netherlands, 1940-2020.
